Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on the Growth plan with sample Autopilot credits, so you can try search, profiles, alerts and a first campaign. No card is needed. At the end of the trial you choose a plan, or your workspace simply pauses.
What is an Autopilot credit?
Credits are used when Autopilot does work for you, such as finding and verifying a decision-maker or drafting a personalised message. Searching, viewing profiles and alerts never use credits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time, and monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and you get two months free on Starter and Growth.
Is my data shared with other customers?
No. Your lists, campaigns and engagement data belong to your workspace and are never sold or shared. See Data & security.
